Wine Tasting Weekend Fundraiser

  • We are capping the event to 50 people, so make sure you RSVP early!

Our 2nd wine tasting event was a HUGE success, and we are thrilled to announce the next event. Please join us on Saturday, June 1st, 2023 for a tasting of Swiss, German, and Austrian wines with dinner to follow. Please RSVP to Sarah at [email protected].

What to bring for the event:
1 bottle of Swiss, German, or Austrian wine (red or white, bottle cost $15+, couples can bring 1 between them or more if they wish). We recommend checking out a wine shop in your area and talking to a sales person. There are some really fun and unusual options out there. It would be great to have a broad selection of things to taste!

  • 1 item to contribute to a charcuterie plate (salami, cheese, crackers, fruit, olives, etc.)
  • Cash, check, or Zelle because that is how you pay at the HL (you will pay for your stay and the event together at the Lodge upon checkout)
  • Bring a sense of fun, camaraderie, and adventure!Additional Cost Info:
  • $18 Heidelmann Lodge & Nature Friends logo wine glass (or 2 for $30). This is part of the fundraiser. We sold out last time and have ordered more!
  • $25 14 and over for just dinner
  • $15 under 14 for just dinner

There aren’t other organized activities happening this weekend (and it’s not a workday!), but if you want to get a group together for an activity with friends and other members, we encourage that! Get out there and hike, enjoy the sun on the deck, explore old town Truckee, or track down one of the hot springs in the area. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and each other’s company for a fun weekend in the mountains!
